@wq/material’s <ListSubheader/> component defines a small header for breaking lists into sections.

While @wq/react defines a placeholder implementation, @wq/material’s versions are more useful as reference:

• ListSubheader.js (@wq/material-web)
• ListSubheader.js (@wq/material-native)

The @wq/material-web implementation just exports ListSubheader from @mui/material. The @wq/material-native implementation just exports List.Subheader from react-native-paper.
